At OCT Composites, we work closely with our clients to design and manufacture custom race car bodywork. Customers bring us a bare chassis, and within 4–6 months we deliver a fully transformed car with an entirely new look and lightweight composite body panels.

Our Process

• 3D Scanning – capturing the exact geometry of the chassis.
• 3D Design & CAD Modeling – developing the car’s new body shape.
• CNC Milling – producing accurate plugs and patterns for tooling.
• Composite Tooling – creating molds for each body panel.
• Manufacturing – producing composite panels (carbon fiber, Kevlar, or fiberglass).
• Final Assembly – fitting the new bodywork to the chassis, resulting in a complete transformation.
